MSC Cruises is making waves with its groundbreaking Super Bowl commercial, starring Hollywood darlings Drew Barrymore and Orlando Bloom.

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise line, has announced that Drew Barrymore and Orlando Bloom will star in its first-ever Big Game commercial. The 60-second advert will showcase MSC Cruises’ unique blend of European elegance and American comfort while highlighting its upcoming flagship, MSC World America.

“I’m so proud to work with MSC Cruises, a company that enables people and families to explore the world,” said Drew Barrymore, actress and host of The Drew Barrymore Show. “They handle all the planning and make it a beautiful, joyful experience. Creating incredible memories is at the heart of what they do, and I’m thrilled to be part of this exciting endeavor.”

In the teaser, Barrymore and Bloom take over the piano in the MSC Yacht Club’s exclusive Top Sail Lounge, MSC Cruises’ luxury ship-within-a-ship experience. Bloom playfully critiques Barrymore’s rendition of “Holiday,” the campaign’s musical signature.

“This is my first Big Game commercial, and I’m honored to partner with such a prestigious brand,” said Orlando Bloom. “MSC World America blends European sophistication with immersive and enriching experiences at sea. I’m excited to showcase this elegant new ship on America’s biggest stage, and I’m confident it will impress travelers from both sides of the Atlantic.”

The ad, created by award-winning agency Highdive, highlights what makes MSC Cruises stand out in the competitive cruise market.

“The chemistry between Drew and Orlando perfectly reflects the essence of MSC World America,” said Suzanne Salas, EVP of Marketing, eCommerce & Sales for MSC Cruises USA. “Our ship combines European design with the amenities Americans love, creating an unmatched vacation experience. Through their eyes, viewers will get a taste of everything our new ship has to offer.”
