Marella Cruises launches Suite Service Max across fleet with new suite perks

Marella Cruises is upgrading its top-tier cabins with a new ‘Suite Service Max’ package, adding premium perks like in-suite dining, priority boarding and onboard extras across the fleet from summer 2026.

Marella Cruises is rolling out a new premium offering across its entire fleet, introducing ‘Suite Service Max’ for guests staying in its highest-category cabins from summer 2026.

Available on Marella Explorer, Marella Explorer 2, Marella Discovery, Marella Discovery 2 and Marella Voyager, the new package will apply to Royal Suites, Voyager Suites and Executive Suites, bringing a consistent set of enhanced benefits across all ships.

The move follows a successful trial onboard Marella Explorer and signals a clear focus on elevating the suite experience while maintaining the cruise line’s all-inclusive appeal.

What is Marella Cruises Suite Service Max?

Suite Service Max is a new collection of upgraded perks designed to enhance both the in-suite experience and the wider onboard journey. It combines added comfort with practical benefits, giving guests more flexibility and convenience throughout their cruise.

The package is aimed at guests booking Marella’s top suites, with more than 40 cabins across the fleet now included in this premium category.

In-suite perks with Marella Cruises Suite Service Max

One of the biggest draws of Suite Service Max is the enhanced in-suite experience. Guests can enjoy complimentary daily breakfast delivered directly to their suite, with both continental and hot options available.

A weekly Afternoon Tea delivery adds an extra indulgent touch, while a welcome gift featuring chilled Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and handmade truffles helps set the tone from the moment guests arrive.

Suites will also be stocked with full-size Elemis toiletries and GHD hairdryers, alongside daily replenished water carafes and additional Lavazza coffee pods for added comfort and convenience.

Onboard benefits with Marella Cruises Suite Service Max

Beyond the suite itself, Suite Service Max includes a range of priority and convenience-led perks designed to make the overall cruise experience smoother.

Guests will benefit from priority embarkation with a dedicated check-in queue, as well as reserved breakfast seating in a designated area of the Main Dining Room.

Additional extras include two complimentary bags of laundry per week and a 3,000MB internet package per guest, per week – ideal for staying connected while at sea.

Guests will also receive a distinctive gold-coloured cruise card and a complimentary late check-out at 9:00 AM on disembarkation day.

Marella Cruises Suite Service Max across the fleet

The introduction of Suite Service Max across all Marella ships ensures a consistent premium experience regardless of which ship guests choose to sail on.

The programme was first trialled onboard Marella Explorer and has now been expanded fleetwide following positive feedback, forming part of the cruise line’s wider strategy to enhance its higher-end offering.

As part of TUI Group, Marella Cruises continues to position itself as an all-inclusive cruise line, with tips and service charges already included in the fare – and this new suite package builds on that value-driven approach.

How much does a Marella suite cruise cost?

Prices for Suite Service Max sailings will vary depending on itinerary and departure date, but early examples show a seven-night Canarian Flavours itinerary onboard Marella Voyager from £1,697 per person.

This includes flights, luggage, transfers, tips and service charges, alongside access to all Suite Service Max benefits.

With added perks like in-suite dining, priority boarding and included extras, the new package is designed to give guests a more elevated cruise experience without the complexity of add-ons.
