Marella Cruises reveals winter 2026 sailings with new Med & Africa ports

Marella Cruises has revealed its winter 2026 programme with new ports in North Africa and the Mediterranean, plus fresh Caribbean itineraries and expanded Cruise & Stay holidays.

Marella Cruises has unveiled its winter 2026 programme, introducing brand-new itineraries and a return to long-absent destinations including La Goulette (for Tunis), Tunisia; Vigo (for Santiago de Compostela), Spain; Lexios (for Porto), Portugal and Tangier, Morocco. All itineraries go on sale from 3 July 2025.

What are new Marella Cruises winter 2026 itineraries?

Marella Explorer 2, one of the line’s adults-only ships for the season, will sail from Dubrovnik to Malaga on the Mediterranean Moments itinerary departing 29 October 2026. Ports of call include Valletta, Malta; Tunis, Tunisia; Alicante and Almeria, Spain. This marks Marella Cruises’ first visit to Tunisia in more than a decade.

Marella Discovery 2, the second adults-only ship, will sail from Malaga to Las Palmas on 13 November 2026 to begin its winter season in the Canaries. The Atlantic Treasures itinerary features calls in Tangier, Morocco; Lisbon, Portugal; Arrecife, Lanzarote; Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura and Santa Cruz, Tenerife.

Marella Cruises winter 2026 fleet deployment

  • Marella Explorer 2 and Marella Voyager will homeport in Barbados
  • Marella Discovery will homeport in La Romana, Dominican Republic from November 2026 to March 2027, then Majorca, Spain from March to April 2027
  • Marella Explorer will be based in Tenerife and Gran Canaria
  • Marella Discovery 2 will sail from Tenerife and Gran Canaria (Nov 2026–Mar 2027), then switch to Malaga (Mar–Apr 2027)

Marella Cruises winter 2026 Cruise & Stay holidays

Marella Cruises has also extended its Cruise & Stay offering, adding 22 new hotels in Cyprus, Croatia, Corfu and Spain. This brings the total to 165 properties available to cruise and stay guests, with packages operated from 14 UK airports. Overnight stays onboard in port will be offered in Funchal, Madeira and Willemstad, Curaçao.
