What’s onboard Star of the Seas?

Star of the Seas holidays will encompass the best aspects of the ultimate holidays, from beach retreats to resort escapes and theme park adventures, spread across eight distinct neighbourhoods that are destinations in themselves. Whether you’re seeking thrills or tranquillity, Star of the Seas offers over 40 dining and drinking options, as well as activities tailored for adults, teens, children and families.

High-octane fun

Thrill Island is the ultimate playground for adventure seekers. The heart-pounding excitement centres around Category 6, the first waterpark at sea, boasting six record-breaking waterslides. Whether you’re racing down a family raft slide, taking on the mat-racing duos, or daring the drop slide, the thrills are endless.

For even more adrenaline, Crown’s Edge combines a skywalk, ropes course and thrilling ride, all perched 154 feet above the ocean. You can also enjoy classic favourites like the FlowRider surf simulator, mini-golf and casual dining spots like Basecamp and Desserted.

Relaxing pursuits

If relaxation is more your speed, Chill Island offers the perfect escape across three serene decks. Home to four of the ship’s seven pools, each with stunning ocean views, Chill Island offers something for every mood. Take a dip in Royal Bay, the largest pool at sea, or sip on a refreshing drink at Swim & Tonic, the ship’s swim-up bar. With live bands, DJs, and easy access to food and drink at The Lime & Coconut, you can unwind day or night in this laid-back paradise.

Family-friendly spots

For families, Surfside is designed with all-day fun in mind. This vibrant neighbourhood caters to young families with splash zones like Splashaway Bay and Baby Bay for kids, while grown-ups can relax at Water’s Edge pool. Family-friendly dining options such as Surfside Eatery and The Lemon Post bar make it easy for everyone to stay fuelled and happy, ensuring memories are made together.

Awesome events

The AquaDome is a tranquil oasis by day, offering wraparound ocean views, and transforms into a lively hotspot at night. The stunning AquaTheater hosts jaw-dropping shows with high divers, aerialists and even robots. Guests can also indulge in the AquaDome Market food hall, Rye & Bean bar, Hooked seafood restaurant, and the Overlook bar, with private Overlook Pods offering breathtaking views of the ocean.

Adults-only getaways

For a more exclusive escape, The Hideaway is an adults-only retreat nestled 135 feet above the ocean. This secluded spot brings the energy of a beach club with its suspended infinity pool, DJ sets, dedicated bar, and whirlpools. Uninterrupted ocean views and a stylish terrace add to the luxurious ambience, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation.

The ship’s Icon Class highlights continue with seven pools catering to every vibe, including Cloud 17, an adults-only haven, and cutting-edge entertainment across four signature stages – air, ice, water and theatre.

Fab public spaces

Central Park, a lush open-air oasis lined with over 30,500 real plants, comes alive day and night with a variety of dining and entertainment options. You can enjoy a meal at the Lincoln Park Supper Club, listen to live music at Lou’s Jazz ‘n Blues, or grab sushi and champagne at convenient pick-up windows.
