The prize is transferable to another person, but the cruise cannot be changed, no cash alternative will be offered. Drinks packages and port parking can be purchase separately. To enable you to budget for any extra costs, Ambassador offer a selection of Ambassador Drinks Packages that include service charges, gratuities, and other additions. Savings are available on these packages when booked and paid for before your cruise. For example, the Ambassador Explorer package for this cruise can be booked for £33.00pp per night per person. (£38.00pp per night on board) – the Ambassador Drinks Packages are only available to purchase for the entire duration of the cruise and if all occupants of the cabin purchase the same package. Prize excludes gratuities and service charges at £6pp per night. If you don’t buy a drink package you will be charged an automatic service charge and gratuity amount of £6.00 per person per night. Port parking starts from £11.50 per night and must be booked at least 2 days in advance. You must be 18 or over to go on the cruise. For clarity the prize excludes: – travel insurance; travel joining costs to the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury; optional destination experiences; port parking; on board expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities & service charges which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £6pp per night.
All guests must have valid travel insurance with COVID-19 cover. They must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster top ups as introduced/required at least 14 days prior to sailing and also subject to a COVID-19 test, 72hrs prior to sailing. Exemptions apply. This policy will be under regular review. Cruise Holidays booked with Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited, trading as Ambassador Cruise Line, are financially protected in accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Arrangements Regulations 2018. Our insolvency and repatriation protection arranged through TrustMyTravel, fully insures your initial deposit and the balance of monies paid in the unlikely event of our financial failure. Additionally, all funds paid to Ambassador are held in an independently managed trust account until the cruise departs.
