Room service: Guests can order room service 24 hours a day, with a range of snacks, light meals, and beverages available at a supplementary cost.
Afternoon tea: The ship offers traditional afternoon tea with a selection of teas, sandwiches, scones and pastries.
Ambassador Cruise Line offers a plethora of classic cruise entertainment from theatre shows to learning new skills.
Ships boast a tiered theatre where onboard entertainment team, Ambassador Theatre Company regularly perform. Expect professionally written plays and dance shows as well as plenty of singing.
Also on offer during Ambassador cruises are comedy nights, a book club, photography experts (on select sailings), celebrity speakers and expert-led craft sessions (such as bead jewellery, painting, mosaic decoration, calligraphy and decorative card art, cocktail-making, salsa classes, calligraphy and more).

Flagship Ambience has a range of cabins spanning seven accommodation decks including 20 twin and single cabin categories, 13 cabins adapted for guests with disability and mobility needs and 40 cabins with interconnecting doors,
Rooms average 17-18 square meters, with cabin types classified as standard, superior, premium or deluxe.
All Ambassador cabins are air-conditioned with en-suite facilities including a shower and storage space with room under the beds to store suitcases. Most suites also have a bathtub.
They also come with tea and coffee-making facilities, a fridge, a hair dryer, a personal safe, UK three-pin electrical sockets, USB ports and a flat-screen TV.
Cabin categories include inside cabins, ocean-view cabins, balcony cabins and suites (from junior to deluxe).
Ambassador caters for the adults-only market with a focus on travellers aged 50+. However, the line annually puts on multigenerational cruises during school holidays which anyone over the age of six months can sail on, with kids’ tickets costing just £1. However, there are no specific children’s facilities on board.
In 2022, Ambassador’s Hidden Nordics Treasures itinerary visited Sweden, Denmark and Finland and was open to children and families, while in 2023, the Ambassador summer multigenerational cruise will head to the Mediterranean and Balearic Islands for 14 nights.
