Marella Cruises 2025 plans to make Limassol, Cyprus the homeport for Marella Discovery 2 starting on May 7, 2025, for a series of summer voyages, have been announced.
This marks the cruise line’s return to the Cypriot port, the first since the winter of 2017. Customers can start booking the summer 2025 itineraries on November 9, 2023.
New homeport Limassol will feature two exciting Marella Cruises 2025 itineraries. The “Aegean Gems” itinerary will include stops at Kusadasi (for Ephesus), Turkey; Mykonos Town, Mykonos; Piraeus (for Athens), Greece; Souda (for Chania), Crete; and Rhodes Town, Rhodes.
For this 7-night cruise onboard Marella Discovery 2, departing on 22 October 2025 prices start from from £1,531 per person which includes return flights from UK airports, and is based on two adults sharing a deck 2/3 inside cabin on an all-inclusive basis, all tips and charges, 20kg luggage allowance and transfers.
The “Grecian Discovery” itinerary will visit Turkish and Greek destinations, including Piraeus (for Athens), Santorini, Crete, and Rhodes.
This 7-night Marella Discovery 2 holiday, departing on May 14, 2025, will cost from £1,501 per person, with inclusions as above.
Marella Cruises is also enhancing guest choices by offering ten Cruise and Stay options throughout the year, featuring more than 200 hotels, including Palma, Corfu, Dubrovnik, and Cyprus.
The Marella Cruises 2025 Cruise & Stay program allows customers to enjoy a combined package holiday, combining a cruise with a hotel stay before or after their cruise.

We are always looking for new ways to improve and adapt our customer offering, whether that’s through new destinations, itineraries, or ships.
“Guests will be able to explore a wide range of ports and destinations, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of Marella’s Cruise & Stay programme, by enjoying a stay at one of TUI’s hotels pre- or post-cruise.”
Marella Cruises’ latest addition to its fleet, Marella Voyager, which debuted in June 2023, will continue to operate from Palma, Mallorca, offering four distinct itineraries: “Magic of Spain,” “Treasures of the Mediterranean,” “Mediterranean Secrets” and “Mediterranean Medley.”
