The Sailawaze Excellence Awards are back for another year in 2025 – and they’re bigger and better. Our unique accolades are your opportunity to tell the world about what your brand has achieved in the past 12 months, whether that’s in sustainability, wellness, entertainment or beyond.
We’re ditching traditional awards such as ‘Best Large Ship’ or ‘Best Luxury Cruise Line’ and instead want to recognise those initiatives that have done something truly awesome or innovative to advance the cruise experience for our readers. New for 2025: we’ll be splitting out the awards across Ocean, River and Expedition to make them even fairer.
We’re well aware of how much the cruise industry has done to make cruising the ultimate holiday experience – so let’s make sure the next generation of cruise customers know what they are missing!

We can’t wait to welcome you all back to the Sailawaze Excellence Awards Gala Dinner 2025. We will be giving every company shortlisted 2 free tickets with the option to buy another 8 to make your very own table for a team night out!
To nominate, click 'Get Started' at the the top of this page or 'Enter' in the top, right corner. You will need to enter such details as your name and organisation before selecting the category you are entering from the dropdown menu.
You will then have the chance to submit up to 200 words to describe why you are nominating your cruising gem. We recommend being as specific as possible: please use bullet points for ultimate clarity and to make it easier for the judges and public to understand and vote.
We would love you all to submit video footage to match your nomination so do please add in a wetransfer link to those files. You will be able to upload images directly onto the nomination form at the ensuing step.
Next, select how many tickets you would like for the gala event (nominees are allowed up to two free tickets. If you wish to have more toggle the slider to your chosen number and we will contact you regarding those purchases).
If you wish to enter further categories, simply click 'Make Another Nomination' and repeat the process.

Yes, you can nominate more than once in as many categories as you like.
Yes, each shortlisted company is entitled to 2 free tickets - extra tickets can be purchased for £150 each.

To ensure true integrity we do not accept sponsorship from cruise lines at our awards. However destinations, travel agents and service providers are welcome to sponsor, with a variety of packages available for purchase. Please contact rochelle@sailawaze.com to discuss.
