Sam Bailey

In July (so there’s still plenty of time to book!), travellers can enjoy Ambassador cruises from Dundee thanks to new ship Ambition now offering voyages from eight different UK departure ports for the first time.

Ambassador Cruise Line passengers will cruise to Norway from the Scottish port alongside singer Sam Bailey, 45, who gained widespread recognition after winning the tenth season of the reality television show The X Factor in 2013.

Following her win, Bailey [above, left] supported Beyoncé’s tour and released her debut single, a cover of Demi Lovato’s Skyscraper, which topped the UK Singles Chart. She went on to release her debut album, The Power of Love, which also reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.

The British songstress has also turned her hand to acting, performing in Chicago and Beauty and the Beast the Musical among others.

Known for her emotive performances and impressive vocal range, Bailey has continued to showcase her talent through subsequent albums and live shows, establishing herself as a respected figure in the music industry.

And yes, we fully support you in trying out your own vocal range at karaoke.
