Princess Cruises Competition Terms

  1. The competition is open to visitors of the Sailawaze website over 18yrs only.
  2. The Promoter is Akaroa Tech Ltd, 12 Leicester Close, Henley-on-Thames, UK, RG9 2LD.
  3. The prize is provided by Carnival plc trading as Princess Cruises, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST.
  4. Open to UK residents only.
  5. Akaroa Tech Ltd and Princess Cruises staff are not permitted to enter.
  6. The prize is as described, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  7. The prize is subject to availability.
  8. Only one entry per person.
  9. Winner will be selected at random using a random generator.
  10. Entry into the competition assumes acceptance of the rules.
  11. The prize includes accommodation for two guests in a balcony stateroom, full-board dining (excluding speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment, drinks, Wi-Fi, and crew incentive (gratuities).
  12. The prize does not include travel insurance (adequate insurance is a condition of travel), travel to or from the ship, parking, shore excursions, spa treatments, or
    personal expenses. The winner of the cruise will be bound by Princess Cruises’ booking terms and conditions (visit princess.com)
  13. The winner and their guest must have a full valid passport (with validity for 6 months or more beyond the date of travel)
  14. Princess Cruises reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion or withdraw the prize where it becomes necessary to do so, including but not limited to where the cruise is cancelled for reasons outside of Princess Cruises’ reasonable control.
  15. Princess Cruises will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this competition and to facilitate redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Princess Cruises’ privacy notice at www.princess.com/legal/legal_privacy/.
  16. All entries must be received by the closing date.
